ok, if you find a picture online (search on google) and then open the picture up until you only see its .gif or .jpg on the screen. Then copy the web address/ url for it.

Underneath the italics button on the "post reply" screen on here, theres the insert image picture. Click on this and paste the url into this, then press ok, and there it will be
